What sort of naming patterns do your people use? Naming conventions, that sort of thing? Do girls have specific names? Boys? Surnames, family names, order of names, name endings, name beginnings, number of syllables?

Hmmm...have jobs been done yet? What sorts of jobs are desirable/undesirable (doctor or travel agent, vs. trash collector). How jobs are chosen or decided upon, whether they're inherited or never inherited or interviewed for, whether there's aptitude testing or degrees, or no requirements at all. How much of that decision is choice, how much environmental, and how much aptitude?

But that's just off the top of my head. So. =P
